The rooms are lovely and cleaned every day by the lovely cleaners! Rooms are little bit small but not big a issue! The hallways are very decorative by obvious interior designer! the Lobby also very abstract! The hotel is missing a proper bar, wasn’t quiet sure what it offered with the small bar, seemed like self service or something, No food either in the hotel, for a 4 star hotel it is missing something for sure! the lifts are very small too. Location wise it wasn’t that close to the city centre but close to the train station! i recommend scooters everywhere if you are up for it!
For solo traveller, the single room is a convenient option for a good value for money. The receptionist gave me good restaurants recommendation. The city center is only 25min walk away. There is everything needed at breakfast. Only negatives point is the soundproofing in the room.

First day breakfast was really disappointing
The remaining days were ok but still missed fresh food, food reposting more often and off course, lactose free or any vegetarian options
Room was a bit old and small but had a balcony which we appreciated although the views were not great
Location is ok but not central

Loved my stay. Great location away from the crowds and near the gorgeous Sempione park and several public transportation lines. Room was impeccably clean and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the perfect start to each day and Tony’s cappuccino was the best in the city.
Nice 3 star hotel within 10 minutes walk to the Porta Nuova train station. Receptionist recommended Trattoria 39 for dinner, which was lovely. Breakfast ok but fruit was tinned.Bed was comfy. Room was clean.
The location is ok, because it's not fair from the city center, nevertheless is surrounded by noisy clubs, which might disturb your sleep. The staff is helpful. The breakfast was good, but it's always overcrowded. The room have a fair size and the bathroom, although is outdated, is ok. But the air conditioning doesn't work if you're not staying during the summer, which in my case was very uncomfortable. Last but not least, I would say that it's not a 4 start hotel as it's stated. It's definitely a 3 stars hotel.
